This is our standard return policy for parts orders. Built engines and transmissions carry a separate limited warranty — see our full Policies, Terms & Conditions page for those terms.
Parts Returns
All parts are sold as-is and are guaranteed to be in working order and free from defects. There are no refunds, exchanges, or warranties on electrical, carburetor, or high-performance parts.
All returns must include a copy of the original invoice and be returned within 30 days of the invoice date. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs — we do not cover shipping on returned parts, and shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a reliable, insured shipping method for the full value of the item. A Return Authorization (RA) number is required for any parts returned; please contact us before sending anything back.
If we ship the wrong item by mistake, that return will be accepted for a full refund, including shipping.
